No fruit and I think the juice was Sunny D. The breakfasts were adequate, but nothing hot other than oatmeal. The AC unit was smaller than the opening in the wall and what appeared to be pieces of pipe insulation were inserted in the gaps which left tiny cracks in places. The AC fan stayed on continuously which provided good white noise.
The AC unit worked well during the day, but seemed to come on less during the night making the room warmer than desired ( I think a lot of hotels are set up this way). My wife who has a back issue said the bed was uncomfortable, but I had no issue with it. The room we had was small but clean and comfortable. Property sits well back from the road and there was no issue with road noise. However you want to enjoy the sea breeze and brilliant sunrises, Cape Hatteras National Seashore will be magical.
